Join RSL Sub Branch to commemorate ANZAC Day

The 2025 ANZAC Day service in Townsville marks the 109th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing – the start of Australia and New Zealand’s first major World War I campaign.

Hosted by  RSL Sub Branch, this ANZAC Day ceremony will include the laying of wreaths, the sounding of the Last Post and the observance of a minute's silence.

Join the Townsville community in honouring the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all who have followed in their footsteps.

Run Army is more than just a run—it's a moment of unity, gratitude, and community spirit. Held annually in the lead-up to ANZAC Day, this event honours and supports the brave individuals who serve and protect our communities, including members of the Australian Army, Police, Fire, Ambulance, SES, and Surf Life Saving.
