ANZAC Day (25 April) is a national day to recognise all who have served our country and their contribution towards our way of life.
On Remembrance Day (11 November), many nations pause to remember those who lost their lives in military service.
Vietnam Veterans’ Day (18 August) acknowledges the invaluable contribution of Australians who served and sacrificed in the Vietnam War.
On Korean Veterans’ Day (27 July), we pay tribute to the more than 17,000 Australians who served and sacrificed in the Korean War.
Since 2006, the Indigenous Veterans’ Ceremony has been held annually to coincide with National Reconciliation Week.
Eighty years after Victory in the Pacific – the official end of WWII – we honour all who bravely served to secure our peace.
