Improve your health and wellbeing, your way, with RSL Be:Well – a free online program designed specifically for veterans.
Choose any module that interests you and complete it at your own pace.
Important update for current RSL Be:Well users: The RSL Be:Well platform will be migrating to a new system on Monday 24 August 2026. Existing users should be aware that module completions from the old platform will not transfer across to the new platform. If you would like to keep a copy of any certificates you have earned, please download them before the platform migration.
From 24 August, users will access RSL Be:Well through the new platform and will be required to setup a new account. Once your new account has been created, you can begin exploring the updated RSL Be:Well experience which will offer clearer content categories, improved navigation, a more interactive home page and learning modules designed to help support you and your family.
What you need to do: Before the migration, log in to your current account and download any certificates you wish to keep. From 24 August, visit the new RSL Be:Well platform, sign up for a new account, and complete your required profile details to continue on your RSL Be:Well learning journey.
